Admins should pull the IP logs and ban the dumbfuck for evading a permaban if that's the case, just as they would with any other account. But they won't, they'll protect their own to the bitter end. If Aatrek was around today he'd have an obvious parachute and none of the mods would give a poo poo.

TIA plague, cholera and yellow fever are all sections of the health check you gotta get before coming. I think you can get the plague from squirrels in Colorado or something, the others I'm not exactly sure. Get them all together, take the health check, get rid of them. I think this is a fool proof plan I cant really see what could go wrong with it.

Load up on medical PPE. Masks, splash shield, goggles, hand sanitisers, antiseptic wash. Additional clothing to change out of and take care of cross contamination. Twinkies so you don't have to eat the local food. Comedy option.
