Just a kinda vague oval shape, whatever, it'll do... Contrast that to the back end which is super loving cool (Vantage, not this thing above).

The problem is Marek Reichman ran out of Henrik Fisker designs to copy from / slightly iterate on. I'm going to be smug forever when people finally realize the DB9 is the new DB5 in terms of retro timelessness and the DB11 looks stupid.

Bmw is just starved for the last bit of brand recognition with that grill. I mean they did away with every technical bit that makes a bmw long ago and you can only have so many variations of 4 round headlights in a row before you have to wonder what the hell you are paying your designers for. I think the brand reached its peak with the E46 and just visually degraded ever since. Everything from E30 to E90 is pleasant to look at but afterwards it just goes down hill. Even the M2 competition that I adore for it's drivetrain and actually having a proper engine again I can't help but think I would prefer in the chassis of a significantly older bmw. I agree from a styling standpoint. I don't even really care for the E90 styling - too... droopy. The more I look at that grill on the EV, the more I see a giant butt-print.
