I didn't understand a few things this chapter, not sure if it's due to the translation or what. - Why did Hiyori not travel to the future with them? I assumed before that she must've been separated and didn't get the chance but it looks now like it was purposeful. Maybe there's a limit to how many people Toki can send to the future? In that case choosing her own daughter to stay in the present over a scabbard is a little weird. I assume this will be answered later. - So who was the woman that escaped the castle? It seems to be Toki from the flashback she has, but then we see Toki die at the castle. I'm confused. - I assume this is a translation error but Denjiro says even Kinemon didn't recognize him, but Kinemon was gone for 20 years.
