Like, even with just this new model release they're expanding the stories of both characters. It turns out they fought once before and Ghazghkull mortally wounded Ragnar before Ragnar beheaded him. The Space Wolves put Ragnar through the Rubicon Primaris which healed his body and brought him back to life stronger than ever. At the same time, Ghazghkull's best Painboy stitched his head back on. So now they have a rivalry because they both killed each other.
