If it gets voted down, the result is more likely a lockout than another year of fine-tuning.

He was being an idiot and buying houses in every city he did shows in because "hey Ill be coming back for the rest of my life to do shows here, right?" And when he went bankrupt and they liquidated his assets his houses had all gained value and he came out ahead enough to not be poor. He then went "oh poo poo, I can make money selling houses???" and thus a star was born
