I'm trying to make the first 10 seconds (or as close as I can) of this into a town theme. Have this so far, but am still workshopping it. I have never been good at music. If anyone else wants to take a crack at it, feel free.

Man what if it turns out there's no all-purpose catalogue? Or it goes the other way and not only is there a catalogue but no items you've held are off limits to purchase from, and you can order like a bunch of things at once without even needing to wait until the afternoon for the mail to arrive?

I tried to do Gourmet Race in mine, and no. You just gotta deal with some notes being out of key. It's kind of moot anyway because iirc some little jingles you'll come across when talking to villagers will automatically pitch-shift some notes anyway. At least that's what I remember-- it's been a while since I've really played New Leaf (read: I turned it on the other day and a villager said I was gone over 6 years)
