A lot of people are going to take up a new outdoor exercise routine.

How will they know if you've only gone out for exercise one time per day? I'm darn sure there are not enough police to know if I'll have been for one walk then another in the same day!

Criminal charges? Yeah, coz the prison system will handle that! I don't think you've thought through this fantasy list.

exercise once per day is a huge loophole as well. I was doing 10hr cycle rides on the weekends back when I lived in a country where the weather was good and drivers weren't out to murder you. I was thinking long rides would be nice now there'll be less traffic on the roads... probably a dick move to do so though.

I don't think it really matters that there's "loopholes". Give people very clear rules and most will follow them, and give police the power to actually enforce against those that are most flagrantly breaking them.

After being stuck in for over 3 weeks with such severe flooding in our town that there was hardly anywhere to walk and the pools were all flooded too, then a 'weird cold' and now this, my weight is piling on. I need exercise to keep weight steady, let alone lose it!

poo poo. I was just about to move to a new address - like literally in the next three days. I don't like where I live. I'm certain my move will be better for me in financial terms and mental health. Does this mean those plans are out? I'm an essential worker (support worker for learning disabilities) so I'll still be going out to do my job. Or am I stuck living with people who love playing music until stupid o'clock in the morning for the foreseeable future?
