Right now, I think contributing to projects like Folding@Home that could lead to a cure is probably the best thing we can be doing right now to save the world from COVID-19. They've been putting in a tremendous amount of work into crunching numbers that directly addresses SARS-CoV-2, and there's been more goon interest in contributing to them lately.
