When I was a kid I fell getting out of the bathtub and snapped my front tooth off almost identically to that picture (same tooth even, just a bit less nerve exposed) by landing tooth-first on the sink counter's edge. Somehow it didn't hurt at all, just scared me until I figured out that nothing was hurt or even bleeding. That picture still squicks me the gently caress out. (And 30 years later I had to get the tooth pulled because the root was utterly shot.)

gently caress you thread, I've been thinking about the teeth thing for a day now, and that was before you started a new page with it. I've had "naked in school hallways" dreams, "finals for class I haven't attended" dreams, and teeth dreams. My undergraduate was a depressing slog, but I went back to school later and ended it on a high note, and I still get those dreams. I had a diabetic cat who started going outside the litter box which caused massive tension with my dad. Now, more than a year after I put the cat to sleep, I've started having stressful dreams of having multiple new cats who look like my old ones, and endlessly cleaning up cat messes and litter boxes before Dad gets home.

In my shithole state the governor said "Voting's been postponed", which was cool. It was also Monday, but still, good move. The state supreme court turned around just before 5pm that day. "Nah. gently caress keeping people safe. Suck it up, vote tomorrow, but make sure that more bodies crowd fewer polling places. This will have no repercussions."
