Yeah any Street Wraith you hit off the top must either be cast or put on bottom, as you are exiling it from the top of your library with everything else.

Definitely, and THB might feel a similar strain since paper drafts essentially ended 4-6 weeks ahead of schedule. Am definitely buying a box of Ikoria, if for no other reason than to support the LGS. Probably going to crack it and huff the fumes instead of sitting on it for a while though.

Being in UG makes that card a complete non starter in standard at least, it does not play well with the Growth Spiral/Uro/Nissa ramp package.

It's an investment to get more than 1 or 2 mana more than normal, and the number of things you need to seriously ramp up it just ends up being a normal-rear end card. And since Kinnan doesn't count lands and planeswalkers don't tap it doesn't work well with the current ramp strategies.
