The kids playing together in the burbs is easily the biggest vector we have even though we're pretty careful My dad actually has the place rented out on Airbnb right now (he stays in a shack with an outhouse and a wood stove to cook on) , because a family from a high rise condo on the Chicago lakefront with a 7 and 5 year old went insane and couldn't handle having no space and nowhere to go
