We are likely unaware of other plagues and nastiness that are in biolabs named WTF-69-SHLONG or something that's a necrotizing fasciitis plus hemorrhage fever from some jungle swamp but because it kills so fast we just don't know about it. I'm quite sure .govs keep these things under wraps and list the deaths as something else after sanitizing the areas while general humanity is blissfully lacking in knowledge.
