I think Cum town is gross and also the funniest thing I've heard in a long time. Everybody can relate with this I hope and to each their own. I don't get why there's animosity between both podcast audiences but It's weird when people meltdown because of dumb jokes.

Dunking on someone's optimism by telling them they should have known the world sucks isn't really a useful point to make. Also if Bernie had somehow eked out ahead and some History Happened and he became president you would have been wrong and wouldn't have felt the need to dunk on someone so unless you are arguing that you literally knew what was going to happen with accuracy beyond hedging bets and can prognosticate with reliability in the future I don't really get what the point is. A lot of the time "haha you believed in electoralism" comes across as just the nirvana fallacy in disguise.
