I guess someone realized that spending a shitload of money on a blue angel flyover to support nurses in Philly was a bad look while bodies are getting dropped off at the morgue in pick up trucks because I just saw it was canceled

has anyone seen an increase of stray dogs around where they live over the past month or whatever? like, on nextdoor there's a couple of stray dogs that have been attacking dogs/people past couple of days and animal control is looking for them. like are people just letting their dogs go or what.
