There's plenty of really terrible poo poo in the world so it's probably some boomer's abandoned anti-abortion effort

Like Umbert the Unborn?

It looks like the webpage is now used by a travel and leisure site, so maybe the pro-life comic was...aborted?

ed: Looks like the "artist" went tits-up in 2017.

It's "Unbeatable", but I think they just kept with the "I" theme.

He told himself when he was handing himself the painting from the warehouse.

Invincible gives not one single poo poo for causal loop paradoxes.

Naw, he and and any objects he's manipulating never travel more than one panel at a time. Except for paper planes, but I would not hazard a guess as to how he could possibly aim that at the relevant panel from where he was standing.

Technically Dog Clifford would be far more dangerous as he's likely psychologically tormented by the tiny environment they keep him in within the backyard. The chances are good he would maul strange children within a heartbeat given the slightest provocation.

I thought Clifford went to live on an island because he was so big, and presumably so he wouldn't destroy any cities without advance warning from the navy.
