Really nice execution on what we have been all waiting for for like 10 chapters. Shigaraki's dreamscape and the way it showed him disintegrating every last vestiges of humanity that held him back and fully embrace AfO was haunting. Also nice to know that it's finally official that Shigaraki has All for One quirk, which is another thing pretty much everyone has been expecting for forever. I'm really interested how the whole "only 75% finished" comes into play, if it ever does, and what happens next.

Naw, it was meant to be an oh poo poo moment, based on what we were given so far. It's just that everyone was thinking forward to the climatic final battle, and Tomura would need some extra juice to make things fair. I personally thought that he was just getting a smorgasbord of quirks in the vat, not THE quirk.

AfO was constantly getting and replacing his quirks because even he had a limit to how many he could handle. I imagine Shigaraki will have a whole new set for quirks to go along with AfO. I'm really curious if/when those quirk destroying bullets will come up again. They seem kind of pointless for Shiggy to use now since he can just take any quirk he wants(except OfA), unless the doctor was able to use them to make a copy of Eri's quirk for him.

My guess is that the 75% thing means he doesn’t have a full All for One, and will need to train it up to do all the stealing and trading that the original could do. Also did people forget All for One choosing not to steal Best Jeanist quirk because he didn’t think it would suit Shigaraki, I’m assuming they gave him a specific quirk combo to start.

I wonder if the doctor is walking away from this because if Shigaraki escapes with him, the doctor could presumably find a way to complete his transformation. So he's gotta go, or maybe they just say he won't have the resources to set up the lab, or the fact that Shigaraki wasn't done baking yet is a permanent thing.

Shigaraki being unfinished is probably going to be the only reason anyone survives this. Like, he'll probably kill a bunch of no names, maybe steal the quirks of Endeavor and a few other top heroes, and kick the poo poo out of Deku before something backfires and he collapses from overexertion.
