I had no clue what ahegao was until a dude who came to monthly WWE watch parties at the local bar showed up wearing on of those gross shirts to every goddamn event. I think the big factor in why AEW is better than WWE in terms of employee satisfaction is that Tony Khan treats it like a sports franchise, gives the wrestlers a lot of creative freedom, doesn't do control freak "professional" stuff like make them come into work in suits, and is a huge wrestling fan, unlike Vince who has probably never loved the industry outside of money.

Just imagine the difference if you asked both Tony and Vince what they thought of wrestle Kingdom 12, who was their favourite of the four pillars, favourite WCW memories. There's got to be something that Vince and Tony could both agree was great, some small sliver of common ground. Like was there a skit on Saturday Night's Main Event circa 1986 where Hillbilly Jim farted so loudly that it startled Matilda and she ran around barking and bit Davey Boy in the nuts? I can totally imagine a four year old Khan and a 41 year old McMahon both being equally delighted by that.
