i mean, if you're saying that this place was a lot cooler and chiller back when bernie was gonna win, i agree but now bernie ain't gonna win and the world has gone through one of the most traumatic transformations of our lifetimes. basically every avenue of hope from two months ago lays in ruin. our political ambition has experienced significant political defeat. that's gonna lead to a loving gloomy outlook like nowadays no one knows what the country/world is going to look like next week. every pillar of society seems to be falling apart. every institution is failing us and people are wondering if the country is even going to survive like, i wish we were all back in early march when it looked like we might turn this thing around, but we've hit the iceberg, so its a big ask to be like, "i wish people on this sinking ship were cooler about it"
