I've said this before but  If The Bengals ever win the Super Bowl and I complain about them or another team ban me. Both of my grandad's at one point before they died said their biggest regret was not seeing the bengals win a Super Bowl, And they didn't even know each other very well. I can't imagine ever being upset with football if they have a Lombardi.

Seattle winning a Super Bowl really did take the edge off me as a fan. Like, the next one sucked, but wow would it have sucked a lot worse if they hadn't just won one. So yeah you'll still complain about dumb poo poo your team does (hell, mine seems committed to destroying the cardiac health of everyone who watches) but you probably won't be as nuts about it. It's nice.
