Tree Bucket posted:There's an animorphs thread in the books forum, and those books are way, way darker than ten year old me remembers. Yeah, I've been rereading them myself, which is why they're fresh in my mind. There was some discussion of them a few pages back; check my post history ITT and you should find it pretty quickly. And yes, they are much darker than I realized as a kid.

As an Amazon Warehouse worker I'm very in this picture and do not like it. Also while it's hard to decide which specific Trek episode is the worst (while everyone screams "THRESHOLD!" every series had some real stinkers that leaves the audience dumber than when they went in) I'm joining the Farscape/Farscape vote for best/worst.

I mean, uhh, Wormhole X-treme!

Like I'm pretty sure the episode is the 85% of reason the tag even exists. Also the whole plot device that created Wormhole X-Treme was one of my favorite details. At the end of the episode the cast realizes if the guy was getting O'Neil's memories to write the in-universe space opera, then O'Neil should be getting him and asked him why he never reported it. "Because it was mostly memories of bowling. It was actually kind of relaxing compared to everything else we deal with."

As a Stargate nerd I am horribly compelled to point out that Martin Lloyd, the alien who created Wormhole X-Treme, isn’t the same guy as Joe, the barber who was seeing flashes of O’Neill’s life. But both of those plots are
