dressing up for a harry potter themed thing is incredibly easy and can be a fun way to make a point just go as yourself and when people ask tell them you're a muggle muggles are a "character" and part of the world of harry potter if they push you on it bring up the fact that it is lame to have a permanent underclass whose lives would no doubt be transformed for the better with the integration of the magic world and that you also find it hosed up that wizards have a slur for your people.

the restaurant where I work at is opening back up and I don't think I have a choice about going back unless I want to completely bottom out all my savings and then start all over again at somewhere else that's quite likely going to be a lot worse than the close-knit family place I work at. gonna own getting covid then watching them go under when we get the second wave of shutdowns.
