Word here is they will be sending the students with IEPs and an extended school year back some time over the summer. I have a meeting tomorrow and hopefully I will get some more information. This would mean that I'd be back in the classroom. My students have higher needs behaviorally so it will give the parents a break. I will let everyone know what I hear tomorrow. I did my usual volunteer shift at the unemployment office but there were fewer volunteers than before and there are people I talked to who haven't been laid since the state shut down. It's grim. edit: i mean paid but I guess a lot of people aren't loving either right now
