I just tried to go to Home Depot in Queens, my first attempt at going anywhere other than a grocery store I needed a five gallon bucket of paint, they wouldn’t ship until mid June there was a line halfway around the building. a loving HOME DEPOT I left and went to janovic, in and out in ten minutes Disney world will be a loving DISASTER

The Indian Independence movement was already 80 years old by the time Ghandi joined it. He saw that armed resistance hadn't worked so far and tried a different tactic, that's it. It still didn't work, but he did wrangle some concessions from the British regarding workers rights. The only thing that broke British control of India was the USA telling them to get the gently caress out of India after 1946 because we wanted access to Indian resources and markets directly.
