Aren't offensive words some of the most commonly used passwords? Like people think just because a word is rarely spoken aloud, then no one else will think of it as a password. I think just on a technical level banning language like that in passwords would be hard to enforce. You'd end banning a whole bunch of people who otherwise are normal.

You should definitely consider Guizhou and maybe Guangxi too though, as you say.
