The USB ports/built-in media players on TVs, at least in my experience, are incredibly fussy about the file formats they'll recognise, let alone play. Lot of people pointing it out on twitter, the nazi salutes at war memorials make perfect sense when you realise that War memorials have become Nationalist symbols, Churchill has become the nationalist avatar and the Seig Heil has become the nationalist salute. It's all perfectly consistent with their own logic. Like how Americans can fly the confederate flag along side their stars and stripes.

Ok I was being far too lenient with the media. They’re just corrupt as gently caress. Still think it’s weird that the guardian is doing its best to not upset the far right. I know they’re neoliberal but I’m not sure what they get out of this. None of their 20 readers are far right.
