I'm not a fan of chocolate bars unless there's some interesting texture. Kit Kats, Time Outs, Twirls, etc. Twix are pretty good. Mars bars suck because they are just soft all the way through. Snickers suck because the peanuts aren't salted

It's around the soft part. ALso caramel has a different texture to nougat.
