Literally every real life friend I have is a goon. I’ve been here since I was 15. It’s a huge letdown to see poo poo like this happen. But remember that Lowtax isn’t the forums— we are. It’s unrealistic to think that we’ll be able to substitute this ecosystem with Discord or Facebook. Until he nukes the forums, this is the best we’ve got. And when he does finally nuke it, finding a new forum will be as easy as someone making one and everyone agreeing it’s the new SA and that will be that.

Bad times. I've lurked these forums way longer than I should have I guess, it'd feel really weird not to have them. It'd be kind of like losing an old family pet, just sitting down in the recliner and reaching down to pet the old lazy dog and sadly remembering it's dead. Except in this case the dog beats women I guess? It's not a very good metaphor in hindsight. I'll miss reading the posts though.
