Lowtax is definitely a piece of poo poo. That was already clear even before his third (?) wife had fled to an abuse shelter with their young child. Pretty weird how goons were still giving him tens of thousands of dollars even after that. Also pretty weird how the girl he immediately shacked up with after that (the one who called abuse shelter wife a ''lying oval office'' on social media while chilling out with good ol' Rich stuffing themselves with delicious gourmet cookies) is now considered some kind of angel and talking poo poo about her gets you probated. They both seem like trash.

You might remember that his second wife believed similar things about his first wife until they actually met and started talking. If you fell in love with someone who seemed very decent and also told you a story about how horrible their ex was, your love for them would probably encourage you to believe them. It’s an unfortunate but very old story. Also, supporting victims doesn’t mean thinking they’re perfect or absolving them of every transgression, but it does mean helping and encouraging them to heal from the horrible things that have been done to them.

It actually put me in kind of a funk this past weekend until I recognized that it meant both this place and myself have grown significantly to feel that way. That “your poison womb is making heaven too crowded” line is probably the single cruelest thing I’ve seen someone say and we bandied it about like a goddamned rallying cry.
