HELLO YES I LOVE CATS. FIRST UP IS MY SPECIAL BOY:  Norris is something of an old man now so he likes to lay on pillows and stay there for most of the day (when he isn't screaming for food or attention).  The most serene cat...  ...except when there is food to maybe steal.  CRIMINAL!!  Geki is much younger and she's our only lady.  DON'T BE FOOLED BY HER CHARM, SHE IS A MENACE!!!  See? CONTINUING THE CAT PARADE. Kirk is a wide load.  We play a lot and feed him carefully, but he still remains large.  He's a deadly predator! Here he is catching a mouse.  When tired, sleep on head.  Meowcifur drools a lot.  His beautiful blue eyes are a little scarred because he had a terrible eye infection when he was a barn cat baby.  He's very handsome and very wiggly. We think he's something of a ragdoll mutt.  He doesn't meow -- he squeaks -- and he likes to run around all arched up and squeaking very fiercely. We call him our himbo.

AND FINALLY... The youngest is Oslo. He was fostered by goons and we kept his "country capital" name. Siblings include Nairobi and Tokyo.  He's really weird and insists on having morning conversations with me while I'm in the bathroom.  He's a very sweet boy, and I'm pretty sure he's in training to take over for Norris whenever Norris leaves us.  Student and master. (USER WAS PUT ON PROBATION FOR THIS POST)

Serious answer: there really is no material that can stand up to cat scratching. Microfiber will resist it SOMEWHAT, but over time it will be ruined like any other.
