Stuff like "I checked our actual list of assassins we have set up to attack the US government, and this guy wasn't on it!" or "Yeah we called our Moscow contact and here's the shady paper trail of just how in bed the US was with the USSR behind the scenes." If they release that info it kinda undermines our whole argument for the Cold War and mythology of JFK or strong anti-communist leaders. Trump couldn't read that paragraph, let alone reams of dry documents so he just let the paper pushers do what they wanted.
