The pilot uses it to counteract the torque of the main rotor - without it, a helicopter just spins around and around crazily. So all you'd need to do is use the tail rotor to counter the turntable. That is to say, I don't know whether or not the turntable itself makes an impact on whether you can take off. But if it does, you already have something to deal with it

I made the mistake of playing Never Gonna Give You Up at a bar once when there was a Whateverchan meet-up there. I should've known because of all the trilbys, fedoras, and pork pie hats but truth be told to me they just looked like the polyamory group that also used to congregate there. In fact I'm pretty sure there was a large overlap. Anyway I never did it again even though it's a very good track because some of them came up to talk to me.
