I'd honestly be down - even as a gun owner - with a law that if you're stupid enough to post a picture of one of your guns (not even you *brandishing it*) in a threatening social media post directed at a sitting politician (this goes for both sides), it should count as an automatic Red Flagging of yourself. No "I was drunk," no "oh c'mon, it was a joke," no "FURST AMUNDMANT RAIGHTZ," do not pass Go, do not collect your weapons until cleared by a judge.
