For desktop use: I've seen the KSGER T12 pass by several times in this topic. For (potential) mobile use, the options that pass by a lot are TS100 (10$ tips, lots of tips available, uses a 12-24V DC power supply) or TS80 / TS80P (20$ tips, only 4 types of tip available, USB-C). The main difference between TS80 and TS80P is that the last one can go to 30W instead of 18W, but only if you happen to have a USB PD power supply that has a 12V/30W output (most of the >20W supplies seem to do 9-15-20V)

Our puking dragon censer finally came in, along with a hundred cubic zirconia we got to be its hoard! This thing is great. There's SO much smoke, and if the air is relatively still, it falls down onto the marble, making all kinds of cool effects. It then collects among the gems in the base like a ghostly puddle, and eventually pours out around them. I got one of those incense burners except the one where the smoke rolls down the stairs and into pools and looks real cool. When it overflows the pools it stained the table. I think it was only certain incense cones it happened with but I ended up giving it away with a warning to stick it on a board or old plate or something.
