This is a pretty tame one compared to other stuff posted here in the last few weeks or so. It's a realdoll on your desktop, like those 90's desktop widget pets. It has stats you have to care for (hunger, love, mood, etc.) and you can also have an invisible see-through representation of yourself do things to it, which is probably why it has 260 positive reviews.
