Personal OSHA, hit my thumb with an impact driver when it slipped, punched a hole in my thumbnail. It hurt, like a lot. Ice pack helped. That's a torx T20 imprint then.... Doesn't look so bad in the photo, Day after blood seeped through the nail, now it's kinda blackish in places.

When I was a kid my sister opened a door on to my foot, which caught the end of my middle toenail and bent it back 180 degrees. That was 25 years ago and still, every year or two, it just dies and falls off again.
