My parents have been feeding the hummingbirds for many years now to the point that they've become very demanding. If the feeder runs low they'll fly up to the window and look in. Somehow they manage to look aggrieved, too. They're not as bad as the baltimore oriels, though: if the grape jelly runs out they start tapping on the windows. I've even had them follow me from room to room trying to get my attention when I'm over.

I dunno who I respect more. The stoic, professional types who manage to plaster on a smile and answer the same loving question politely and charmingly for the 50th time in a row, or the ones who decide to gently caress with the interviewer, and start spouting nonsense just to amuse themselves. There is also the third option which is to be Bruce Willis esque surly and uncommunicative and actively show your contempt for the poor junior reporter from bumfuck Arkansas who is earnestly asking his/her inane questions. But that's not nice. image tax: And if a Japanese wrestler using the backs of two of her friends to dropkick a giant panda wearing a pink skirt isn't #blessed, then I don't know what is.

Like most migratory birds, if you put food out a few years in a row, they'll not only remember and make your yard a regular stop, but word will get out and it'll attract even more birds. And after a few more years they'll make it their destination and not just a stopover on their way north. My parents have lived in rural Minnesota for almost 40 years now and every May and June the yard is full of orioles, bluebirds, indigo buntings, and even some scarlet tanagers.

Hi, have a video of my three legged rabbit Cleo exploring this morning's maze setup, rearranging it to her liking to open up some speed paths, and then at about 1:00 turning on the afterburners and doing her best to make a fourth leg optional. She's fast as gently caress and cool as heck and I love her. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=06mjCJ-WOXw

Have you considered getting a tripod cat and forcing it to become buddies with your rabbit? That's YouTube gold right there, you could monetize it and everything.

honestly imo shes cute enough to be a star on her own, but she doesn't have a taste for the limelight. she loves stopping whatever cute thing she's doing if she sees a camera. sometimes I get gold though. here she is fading hard after a hefty kale snack and then starting to dream about running through a field of clover https://i.imgur.com/3vdzeAh.mp4

Are rabbits more prone to biting their owners than, say, rats, because it seems like they could take your finger off like a carrot

they are known to nip sometimes or even bite hard but it all depends on personality. cleo will do this thing where she kind of gums at you in a ticklish fashion rather than bite, because she's been taught that nips hurt us (with loud high pitched 'squeaks' from us when we were bit, when she was younger)

My mom had her nose bitten by a rabbit super hard and had to go to the emergency room. Like the rabbit latched on and was hanging off her face. We had another rabbit that basically degloved a poor lil baby bunnies front leg when it's leg got stuck between the hutches. It survived that horrible ordeal, but it died later when my sister accidentally let the dog into the room where the bunny was recuperating and basically scared the poor thing to death. We also had a big ole french lop named Rhett Butler that hated my mom and would spray piss at her at every opportunity. Like would hop past her and spay her on the process. So, rabbits can be mean, but are generally docile af. Decidedly unblessed content. Here's a sleepy bat. https://i.imgur.com/mEKdtMJ.gifv (USER WAS PUT ON PROBATION FOR THIS POST)

Uhhh, house rabbits are definitely domesticated, and can't survive in the wild. Shitheads who think they are wild animals cause thousands to suffer and die needlessly every year.
