Researchers have been chemically inducing cancer in lab animals for some time now. So in theory, under controlled conditions, it might be that the capacity to surreptitiously induce cancer in an unsuspecting victim has been developed, much like the CIA's infamous heart attack gun. But a hypothetical 'cancer gun' seems like a mostly impractical weapon outside a few specific scenarios. If you have the resources that would be necessary to pull that off then there are much easier and seemingly more efficient ways to silence someone such as inducing a complete mental breakdown with drugs, or staging a fatal accident, a suicide or a 'random' violent crime. All of those would be cheaper and more reliable techniques to achieve the same result. In Farmer's case her cancer diagnosis seems to have directly contributed to her decision to break her silence and start discussing her experiences with Epstein and Wexner in greater depth after spending years in hiding. If you want an example of suspicious 'natural' health problem afflicting someone related to Epstein then I think Chef Andy "dying in his sleep" is a better example of a conveniently timed but supposedly natural death. Farmer's health problems are not so unusual that they demand a special explanation and giving someone who had already held their silence for decades a slow acting terminal illness doesn't strike me as a very efficient way to silence them.
