Allison and Cio are alone with the guards (in fact, the first shot of the balcony shows it only has two chairs) until 10VG shows up. The last time we saw Nyave and Princess, they were coincidentally in the same prison cell as Zaid, so my guess is they're orchestrating a jailbreak.
