every truck leaving at the scheduled time with no exceptions means a lot of poo poo left on the dock that is delayed for the next day and now the dock is full so good luck getting to any of it also there’s more mail coming in at the same time, sorry this might be a more illustrative one



the open trailer doors need to be unloaded but there’s containers stored all the way up to them because the dock is overloaded from poo poo that should have gone out and there’s no longer a path to move anything in or out of the area

well, you see, they did a test with well rested, fit, experienced workers under ideal conditions and discovered that it's possible to do 1 unit of work in x minutes

therefore you must do X-units of work during a full shift under all conditions at all times without exception and also do these other three things that they never tested for but tossed in because really it's not that hard anyway

if you don't manage the tested for level of productivity, you're clearly just a slacker and it's your own fault
