They actually ship railroad tracks across multiple train cars and they bend enough to make it work. Jury's out on weather it will work for this guy.

It looks like its only fastened down on the car, so if it moves freely over the trailer, would that not work? Or how mistaken am I?

Well best option is that they drag the entire trailer sideways the first time they take a right turn and figure out their mistake. Worst option is the trailer has enough traction that they either bend or break the uprights on the trailer or torque off their roof rack.

If the boards were in the center, it may work. Since it’s on the edges, the boards will hit the posts on the edge and not let the trailer turn at all.

It's hard for me not to judge people for misloading trailers, but then again I had a grandfather teaching me how to properly load a trailer at twelve and expecting me to be proficient at it by fourteen. Also, some of the loads we towed were overloaded as gently caress for the vehicles we pulled them with, and only flat Texas roads and miles of braking space kept me from killing myself pulling them, so I really don't have room to judge in the first place.

Bungee the lumber to the middle bar, and let it slide along the others.

Now I'm wondering what it'd cost to deliberately dye pool water. Gonna get me a hot tub with purple water and toss in a bunch of that swirly glittery poo poo that comes in those novelty bottles of gin for good measure

Food dye is very cheap.
|
# ? Aug 24, 2020 15:58 |
A gallon of pond dye is like $40 and that’ll do like a full acre pond at least as deep as a swimming pool. Granted it’ll turn anyone who swims in it a lovely shade of blue, but then you can just make arrested development jokes, so win/win
