I'm not going to be too critical of the players. In walking out and disrupting the playoffs in support of BLM, even for just a few days, they did more with their platform than almost anyone else, including the actual politicians. Of course the corporate entity is going to co-opt and undermine their message, and the player association is run by the huge stars whose interests are almost directly aligned with the corporate entity.
