You either trudge the grey path of an office drone or live as a warrior, fighting and dying a martyr's death in glorious war. I think in the absence of a leftist narrative capitalism breaks in two corrupt directions, feminine and masculine. the masculine is of course fascism, and the feminine is ultraliberal SJWism

Leftist narratives were pretty successfully suppressed for almost the entirety of living memory until around 2016, it seems. The whole reason you have all these movements of alienated, atomised suburban young men who were promised the world and got nothing being snapped up by fascism is because there's literally nowhere else for them to go and no one speaking to them, and liberals believing they were in the end of history had nothing to to but scold those young men into acting right and to stop pretending that they have problems, only put fuel on the fire. It's pretty much the same thing as rural America faced with either ''we'll give your coal jobs back!" or 'just learn to code'.
