My bff works retail for a cell phone store chain and the district manager went to all the stores and announced a sales contest this week. The store that wins gets *drumroll to work a 4 hour shift WITH the district manager! ....and lunch ....pizza, plain, no toppings

the commute functions okay as a literal physical barrier between home life and work life which is nice but I think I can come up with other barriers that don't make me spend an hour or more a day driving

well second last place, i'm assuming last place is "your rear end is fired" even if they didn't state it outright

commuting on bart is great if you can do it off peak hours, otherwise waiting to sardine in with a bike on a car that barely has enough room for it around 5-6 pm would typically extend my 45 min trip home into 2 hours. I don't miss that aspect of it, but it's been nice the few times I need to get to work when I'm not wfh now that they are running at like 10-20% capacity lol

Steeped in national debt, the United States reluctantly allows the Walt Disney Company to purchase the entire peninsula of Florida in the largest geographic acquisition since the Louisiana Purchase. Under its new president, formerly-ousted CEO Michael Eisner, the newly-sovereign state is renamed Los Disneys. Your job is to infiltrate the Magic Kingdom, blasting your way through animatronic pirates, holographic ghosts, tourists, security guards and even Mickey himself in an attempt to seek and destroy the frozen head of Walt Disney. However, doing so inadvertently triggers Eisner’s doomsday device… unless you can stop it.
