Nah, it's just teenagers trying to find their fit in the world. Now if that poo poo extends past the age of 16 or so, yeah, you got a loser that never found that fit (e.g. They couldn't figure out that clothes are not substantive to identity in the way they thought).

Goth was a catch all for everyone that wasn't mainstream in highschool. I ended up there because I was actively discriminated against for not being christian, or cool, then started taking theater, and it all just fell into place.

Going on year 18 of my goth phase and so far it’s pretty cool, fun music and black is always slimming. Never too late to come hang with us Seriously though, self expression is fun? I like how I look and I feel more comfortable that way? Sometimes a gal wants to listen to The Danse Society and have a nice time dancing with friends?
