So I looked and I am taking 5k ICU's of D3 a day in a capsule but I think it is gel, organic even! Is that too much, I am part Irish and very pale, I also take Zinc, C, and a good multi. Anything I am missing, and might cut down of the C because the mega dose thing is BS I've heard. Also, I guess I am going to get it and there is nothing I can do about it but quit, again for the 2nd time in 2 months on good jobs. I wear a KN95 with a surgical over it, a bandaid I my nose (to prevent the almost cuts I was getting from my extenders to keep a tight seal) Not many people do at all in the building and no one on my crew except when they are painting or blasting ceilings. I have a had face shield but I need to fix it because to take the tint off to see you have to take the plastic shield out of the housing, get it in tight, and last thing, anyone have any tips for getting silicon (dryfall from SW if it matters) off of plastic?

No vaccine is completely effective, so you do need it in wide use to really tamp things down. That said pfizer at least is operating as if their efficacy data is looking good (whatever that means numerically)--they just expanded their trial by 10000 people, presumably to get the needed number of infection events sooner. Pfizer has also said they will have made up to 100m doses of their vaccine globally by the end of the year but distribution is a legitimate challenge, even if the -70 degree requirement is a conservative estimate.
