if a guy hires 30 actors to dress like FBI agents and carry prop files out of his home and someone reports it and then corrects it in 24 hours i would hardly consider that an own. its a developing story and they developed it and like what's the own? it's not like wohl or burkman stepped out and said  and then dropped some amazing truth bomb that was the result of years of investigative effort into the liberal elites. the own here is that both wohl and burkman are so loving stupid that it's not surprising they'd eventually get raided for something (USER WAS PUT ON PROBATION FOR THIS POST)

i don't follow this stuff as much as i used to, but yeah groyper is a catch-all term, although it also has some relation to nazis crashing TPUSA events awhile ago. i think the idea is they want to be a republican party pressure group, and i think nick fuentes is tied up with american renaissance (or "amren"), which has a similar goal in mind, and is also connected to the countercurrents book publishing house. whereas patriot front postures as a revolutionary, militant group. like project mayhem from fight club. they run around at night putting up stickers and spraypainting their logo on things to the dust brothers soundtrack. but as the torch network points out, they've also painted themselves into a corner. it's like they're engaged in a high-wire act of doing militant-like stuff but without wanting to face any real consequences for it. internally within the group, though, the fact that they would face consequences if they go any further just reinforces their delusional belief that they're more authentic and against the system than everybody else. but that's like, whoopee, congratulations: do you want a medal? this is the part where zizek pops in from the bottom corner of the screen and says "it's pure ideology."

i also read some of the chatlogs when the BLM protests emerged. well, they were taken totally by surprise. and like the boogaloos they have an accelerationist credo, but they didn't do anything other than a few occasions where they'd lurk around the periphery of protest marches to watch, which is creepy, but they have another delusional belief that people will naturally come their way, without them really having to do anything except put up stickers and put their propaganda out there. but like the analysis points out, the real swelling in activity has been among right-wing militia groups, which i think is due to their practice.
