Part of my college I went to this school in Asheville that was on the side of some mountains, walking from the dorms to class/the cafeteria was all up/down hill. It was quite an adjustment coming from texas. The upper grass area on the left was a pasture that was steep enough to sled down in the winter to give you an idea.  It was legit the most beautiful place I've ever lived though:

Just endless plateaus, valleys, and canyons blanketed in dense deciduous rainforest and crisscrossed by slow, warm rivers. I grew up there and I still take cross-country vacations back to Asheville just to enjoy the scenery. Thanks for sharing.
