Just started Sunshine for the first time. I just got the 8th star in Bianco and yeah, not really loving it so far. I can't shake my interpretation that the Delfino Island residents are all rich lovely boomer retirees who falsely accuse Mario of a crime and then make him do all the work

Hey, if people insist on collecting 100% of a largely optional collectable, even though they don't enjoy it, that's on them, not the game. I think I collected like 98 of those. I started Mario Galaxy yesterday and the first couple planetoids made me feel slightly ill. I didn't like it when "up" wasn't pointed toward the top of the screen. Thankfully that wasn't a problem once I got to larger land masses, and the game is great. I beat Galaxy 2 years ago without a problem, so I'm not sure why I should have an issue now. As for collecting star bits, is there any good way to do it handheld? Am I just supposed to draw on the screen with my finger?

Yeah - if you play handheld on a Switch Lite, I've found that it's not too bad to reach either thumb across the screen for a sec during play. Probably not so comfortable on the full-size Swtich, though
