Maybe just do away with the TE spot and make sure the flex is for TE/RB/WR (when only one flex is available). Then if the Kelce or Kittle owner wants to put them in there, that gives them the option. Edit: poo poo, yeah, I think I like that idea. No designated TE position, but maybe instead of the one standard flex, it’s two TE/RB/WR. Edit 2: I dunno about doing away with the K and DST positions. I think those are kinda fun?
