Tiny animals under glass... Smaller than sand...

https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/alpinestars-missile-v2-airflow-pants

I have an extra pair of essentially new Alpinestars Missile v2 Airflow pants, European size 46 Tall (extra long leg length for us stick figure body types), US size 30. One half of a two piece leather track suit. Zips to any Astars jacket that has the zipper option.

Got these and they were just a touch too big on my scrawny rear end, so ended up going with the 44 tall, which I did crash test in a lowside and can speak to the durability of! For these 46s, I did wear them indoors to test the fit, then maybe once or twice on my bike but they've been untouched other than that.

$350 shipped within the continental US? Or make an offer, way too late to return and I'll never wear them.

Ohh look just noticed they're out of stock at Revzilla, pretty sure that makes these ~exclusives~

Sure, I just do not want to spend so much money for something that frivolous. My old non Bluetooth radio is more beat up than a demolition derby car because That's how it gets treated at the construction site. Lasted about 5 years. I just want to upgrade, but don't want to pay the sticker price. If someone has one to sell, PM me.

How do you like that Sargent seat? Can you compare it to the stock seat? My f800gsa was giving me some serious sore rear end, even with a bead rider (which may have actually made it worse).

Also, did you buy the bike in AK? I’ve been trying to get some friends who don’t want to ride up there, but want to ride there, to rent a bike to hit Kenai and everywhere. Maybe I could get someone to buy a bike and ride it back though. Next year, of course (gently caress Covid).

Good luck with the sale!

The original seat was akin to sitting on a cinder block, the Sargent seat is much more comfortable. I did not buy the Bike in Alaska, i bought it in California.

God i will miss this bike.

If you're tired of loving with your google maps while riding this thing is for you.

I joined the Kickstarter a couple years ago and haven't really ridden since I got it. I have a kid now so I doubt I'll be doing any sort of riding that I can make use of it.
I put it up for $100 but really I would just like to see it go to good use so make me an offer!

American small I think. I bought it 5 years ago before I started lifting seriously, so it was perfect for my former twinkish physique. I think revzilla's size chart is pretty accurate https://www.revzilla.com/dainese-size-chart

Sucks that I gotta do it, but... I gotta.

I need to sell my 2011 Ducati 1198 SP. Its Diamond Black. Where is a good place to sell it. Here are some pics. <4000 miles. I broke my back in 2016 and just haven't been able to saddle it for more than 15 minutes at a time.

I don't even know what a good price for this would be. Its hard to research it on the market. Only 511 or something like that were brought into the US Market.

Is Craigslist really dead? I'm not trying to be snarky or anything. Is this what folks are thinking these days?

I can't speak to the world of Ducatis, but I did just sell a Honda Rebel 500 on Craigslist at asking price. I had 4 or 5 folks interested in it, too. I don't facebook, so FB marketplace wasn't an option for me.

In the states outside some niche metros like the SF Bay Area, it has basically completely been usurped by FB marketplace due to the cost to lost driving the majority of listing off the site. It’s a shame because marketplace is a lot worse in comparison but you gotta go where the people are.

Dealing with Craigslist sounds horrible but dealing with FB marketplace sounds 10x worse. Maybe it's better because all your interactions are tied to someone's account, but I have a feeling that doesn't stop your typical mouth breather. Even giving things away for free on CL or NextDoor now feels like a chore, it's ridiculous.

FB marketplace is better in my experience. You get peoples real names and the messenger app being on their phone means they generally respond quickly and take the item down quickly when it’s sold

The most frustrating part of Craigslist is waiting for some boomer to check their email on their once a week email checking schedule on ye olde gateway 2000, only to reply to the email you wrote where you ask a bunch of very pertinent questions with

“Yep”

Then you need to wait another week for them to check their email again.
